This may seem a little obvious, but I like to share!

Get your friends involved in your activities.

Instead of going to see a movie…go for a hike! Or picnic in the park and bring a frisbee! Get more people involved. This makes it more enjoyable for everyone!

Barcelona!

In two weeks, I’m going to travel with my class to Barcelona and Edinburgh.I’m so excited! In Edinburgh I’ll guide about Scott’s Monument. I’ll speak 7 minutes in English and 2 minutes in Spanish.. I’m really nervous, but we’re going to write and practise them in our English, Spanish and tourism classes. 

But, I feel really insecure about my body though. When I was away these three weeks the only workout I did was when I went skiing. Now I feel little lost and don’t know were to start. But I’m starting to build up my motivation again. Yesterday I went shopping, all organic, fairtrade, keyhole-lable, vegan/vegetarian food! In school I also did 1 hour of hard work boxing!

Now, the trick is to keep my motivation. In some way, I’ll make it work!
